That being, of course, actually trying on old clothes that you wore 10 years and 20 pounds ago. Sending Mail to overseas locations - Post office officials say it's not too early to start thinking about getting out your holiday mail -- especially that being sent to American troops and civilians in the Middle East. Packages going to civilians in the Middle East need to be sent out by October 20th. If you're sending mail to American troops serving in the region, it should be sent by November 12th. There are some restrictions regarding what can be sent to troops in the Middle East. The Postal Service has included a list of those restrictions on it's web site. |

State of Maine Bureau of Veterans Services — The main office is located at Camp Keyes in Augusta. In addition to the main office, the Bureau has six field service offices strategically located throughout the state and a claims office located at the US Department of Veterans Affairs in Togus.
