Congratulations on your birthday celebration! Your celebration date must be within one (1) year from your birthday announcement to appear in The Times Record. To ensure accuracy, please fill out this form completely. Please spell out all names. Also, please do not use abbreviations or nicknames.

The Times Record publishes news of weddings, engagements, anniversary and birthday announcements as a community service. They are news stories, not ads, and are therefore subject to editing. The Times Record does not guarantee the appearance of print announcements online. They may not be available due to technical difficulties. Some announcement categories may be excluded from timesrecord.com.

Photo information: We accept color or black-and-white photos, including clear candid photos, of the couple. If you're mailing your photo and would like it returned, please write your name and address on the back of the photograph, and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.	A brief word about photos submitted via e-mail: When submitting a photo via the internet, please be sure to send your photo as an attachment, rather than pasting the image into the body of your letter.	The only format we accept for photographs in our newspaper is JPEG. Please be sure to indicate the anniversary couples name in the subject section of your e-mail. Be sure to send this form information and your photo within the same time period.
