RANDOLPH, Vt. — Nick Hinkley of Wiscasset scored 24 points and Central Maine Community Center withstood a late charge in picking up a crucial 74-63 Yankee Conference men’s victory over Vermont Technical College on Saturday. Tyler Smith had a doubledouble for the victors with 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Mustangs improved to 18- 9 overall, 8-6 in the conference.
