Sea Dogs to host Job Fair March 10

PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs will a host a Job Fair to hire part- time seasonal employees for the 2016 season on March 10 from noon to 4:30 p.m. at Hadlock Field.

The Sea Dogs are looking to fill a variety of game day positions including ticket operations, event staff, security, ushers, mascot services, souvenirs, concessions, batboys, camera operators, radio board operators and a pitch board operator.

Concession positions available include area supervisors, beer pourers, concession stand workers, fry/ grill cooks, pizza makers and waitstaff.

Job applications are available at www.seadogs.com. Applications will also be available at the Job Fair. Sea Dogs representat ives from the various departments will be at the Job Fair to answer questions regarding the available positions.

If interested applicants are unavailable to attend, they can complete the application and return it to the Sea Dogs office by March 11.

Applicants must have availability on nights, weekends and holidays. All applicants must be at least 16-years of age as of March 20, 2016 to apply for a position. The Sea Dogs request no phone calls.

The Sea Dogs open the 2016 season on April 7 against the Reading Fightin’ Phils in Reading, Pa. The home opener is set for April 14 at 6: 00 p.m. against the Hartford Yard Goats. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Sea Dogs ticket office at 879- 9500, or online at www.seadogs.com.
