Holiday Fair is on Dec. 2

On Saturday, Dec. 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the annual Holiday Fair at the Unitarian Universalist Church returns. Local selections include fresh homemade wreaths, holiday greens and centerpieces, home baked goods, handcrafted items by skilled craftsmen, including ornaments and mittens, among others.

Local authors Robin Hansen and Lea Wait will be present to sign copies of their recent books.

Finds at the White Elephant or Children’s tables may include jewelry to musical instruments to toys and games.

Also for sale will be homemade breakfast muffins or scones at the UU Breakfast and Lunch Café. For lunch there will be a variety of soups, including homemade fish chowder, and pie for dessert. Hot chocolate, coffee, tea and mulled cider will also be available throughout the day.

Local musicians will play harp, piano, violin, guitar and dulcimer during the event.
