Advertisers must use advertising sizes in only the specified sizes we offer.

File Sizes for ads should be no more than 10k for static images, 15k for animations.

Banners/Tiles Ads should be provided in one of the two standards for the internet: .gif or .jpg. There will be an additional charge to convert images from other formats. The only format we can accept for animated graphics is .gif

timesrecord.com has the most up-to-date technology to accomodate your advertising design needs. timesrecord.com can design your advertisement for you. The cost of this design work is included in your advertising purchase. Design of more complex ads requiring multiple images and animations will be charged at a rate of $50/hour.

FAQ's

• Advertisers have creative liberty designing their ads.
• timesrecord.com reserves the right to decline any adtertisement which does not follow our advertising guidelines.
• timesrecord.com reserves the right to change its advertising rates. Advertisers will be given 30 days notice of any changes.
• An on-line proof of your advertisement will be provided prior to placement on-line.
• Minor adjustments can be made to your ad while it’s on-line. When your contract period is up, you may have a new ad developed.
• Location changes within the web site can be made at the end of your contract based on space availability and similarity in pricing.
• All on-line display advertising is for a 3 month contract period. Longer contract periods are available.
