Falmouth Town Clerk Ellen Planer came to work Monday morning to find this petunia flowering from the brick stairs at the front door of Falmouth Town Hall. “Everybody are just amazed as they come in. It gives you a good feeling to see that flower blooming through the brick,” she said.
