MEXICO — Police say a 30-year-old man is hospitalized in grave condition after being shot in the head inside a mobile home in the western Maine town of Mexico.

Investigators say three men were inside the home at the time of the shooting, which was reported about 4:20 a.m. today.

Officials say Thomas Joudry was shot in the head and taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland.  Robert Terrill, 28, who lives in the home and fled after the shooting, is being sought for questioning.

Terrill is 6-feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds, according to a press release. When he left the scene on foot he was wearing tan pants and a black T-shirt and was carrying an olive green duffel bag.

The third man inside the home has been questioned.

The shooting is being investigated by state and Mexico police.

Anyone with information on the shooting or Terrill’s whereabouts should call 911.
